J. Dunbar Bagpipe Maker pioneered the use of Polypenco in the piping industry. They have applied their knowledge of this material and the same innovative spirit to the engineering of their "Imitation Blackwood" Bagpipes. Polypenco pipes are capable of withstanding temperatures, humidity levels and transportation that would severely damage their wood counterparts, while achieving an impressive quality of sound. The P1 is plain turned without mounts but has a classic Chalice style drone top. A Dunbar Polypenco pipe chanter is included.
