The PS-RM1 Scottish snare drum stick is designed by J. Reid Maxwell, lead drummer for the Simon Fraser University Pipe Band, with one of the world's leading drum corps. The sticks are constructed of #1 maple. They feature a slightly longer design for greater balance and a round bead that accentuates the high timbre on a High Tension Pipe Band Snare Drum.
